Sal Farruggia, is  passionate about building construction and real estate development.  Hungry Dogs Run Faster, captures those passions and combines them with grit, relationships, and experience to create a a unique real estate development / construction project management company.  HDRF is a highly personalized and relationship driven company which understands the entire real estate / building process to deliver a seamless project from start to finish.
